WHAT A GREAT EVENT!!!!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to TJM Studios last night. We had the best time. The food by 'Embers' was out of this world. They had seafood, more seafood and wait duck and so much more food we left food there. Thank you so much. Then the decor was rocking with Unforgettable Events touches of linens and floral. Then let's talk about the music by Storybook Events by Kevin Quinn...so much fun. Thank you again for making it all happen....I just loved it and I know so did everyone else. Until next time.

TJM Studios Photography Networking Event

We are planning a Networking event at TJM Studios on Thursday, June 18th from 6:30-9:30pm at TJM Studios with some other awesome vendors. We have been working Unique Designs who has done an outstanding invitation that our guests will be receiving as an invitation to the event. I tried to put it on the blog but it just won't go. So I guess you will all have to come to see our theme. It is going to be so much fun. We are doing a New York, New York with everyone wearing black and white.

In addition, we are going to be blessed to have Embers catering our event. Embers is BRAND new catering company in a way and we will be the first event that they will have catered in their new name. They have been in the community for years under another management company called MT Chophouse. Come check out their new look and new management. You are going to love Ryan and Britton.

Without having to go any further all I to say is that we have Unforgettable Events taking our NEW YORK, NEW YORK theme to the fullest. So if you have seen them in action before wait to you see what they do at this event.

To make the event come together with music we have Storybook Events with Kevin Quinn. So if this isn't enough to make you want come then you must not be breathing. (just kidding) But in all seriousness we would love for you all to come. So please let me know if you would like to come so I can send you more specifics if you wish.

See you all there.

Interfaith Hospitality Network Event with Pam Tebow

OH, MY!!! Two weekends ago was one of the busiest weekends A`vie has ever had. We have four events. Stretching from Ocala to Gainesville had two all the way out to Earleton. We are so thrilled to have been involved in each and everyone of them. Thank you to my staff at A`vie to make things happen too. We have so many pictures to share so let's see if we can get some to you now. (more to come)

Pam Tebow during her talk at the conference. She is just an amazing Woman of God. Such a precious woman. She is on her toes too. She has a love for God that is just so hard to put into words.
Christy Nockels just belted the music out. Christy and her husband did a fabulous job on the music. We are already working on getting her back for next years event.
Our precious women 'soaking' up the words of our speakers.

Even had time for our ladies to have massages by local vendors.

We had many donations made for our Silent Auction. Which raised over $3500 towards Interfaith Hospitality Network.
The event came together just as God had planned. The ladies AND men who worked behind the seen to set up things and tear down plus the countless hours of preparation was worth it all. To see 426 women at the first ever Interfaith Hospitality Network Event. We are already planning for next year in 2010 looking at February. If you want to help or be involved please let me know.
Also, I want to thank those who donated decorations (Unforgettable Events), Food (Chick Fil-A; Bagel Bakery, Publix, Cullighan water), Plants (local nurseries) along with many other that didn't want to be mentioned.
I don't want to forget my staff that worked along side with me. Amy and Denise were so amazing the hours beforehand pulling things together and that week the calls, hours setting up, organizing, decorating, motivating our men and attending final meetings. Then finally working the event. You were great ladies. Thank you for your passion and love for this event.

One of our most fun couples

Cheers to Ryan and Jennifer!!!!!!!!!
What a truly fun couple. I have had many couples who have laughter but they are always laughing. They are 'high' on life in a good way. They first of all have a love for animals so I was very surprised when we didn't have any of them joining us on their wedding day. As you will see throughout the day we had some really great times. I will kind of jump around because certain ones just really speak to me.

Ryan had these group of guys that always hung out so a joke they did in the middle of the reception was to unveil their matching T-shirts to everyone. It was for a great laugh. Then they started in with the pictures and some other things that you just had to be there for.

This is just one of the many beautiful decorations, linens and floral Unforgettable Events. Jennifer had a passion to find unusual unique flowers and to use them well. Between her and Dan you couldn't give them enough to choose from.

What a SUPER COOL wall?!? I want my picture in front of that wall. Way to go, Monica and Jacob from IMJ Photography for making these pictures come alive.

First glimpse of Jennifer and Ryan after they were married. What joy they had. Love was in the Air...

This just shows you their joy and laughter without saying a word.

So if it wasn't enough that Jennifer was so happy so was her Dad. He liked to give her a hard time and play some mild jokes. Mr. Baker was a lot of fun.

Now Jenn don't you dare! We haven't gone down the aisle to trash the dress yet would not be a good idea.

Stunning is all that I can say.

A`vie in Action doing one of the many things we do on a wedding day.

Look closely and see the unusual flowers. Aren't they super neat? Unforgettable Events were able to make all Jennifer's wishes come true. She would say one thing and then Dan would make it happen. I just love it when it happens this way. Unforgettable Events can make anything happen. Just talk and Dan will do the rest.
As I conclude this event I was so pleased to have the privilege of working with Monica and Jacob from IMJ Photography. They are so easy going and listen to what the bride and groom really want to have photographed that day. Then adding their very own fun flair to make it all come together.

Day After...

This was taken on the day after the wedding. Doesn't this look like so much fun? I wish I did this on my wedding. But back then they didn't do those things.

Congratulations Jennifer and Ryan. We wish you the very best. May you always find joy in everything you do together. Many Blessings to you.

What Planners do when they aren't PLANNING....

All show up at the same PARTY!!! Believe it or not! Melissa DiStefano, Jaye McCarthy and myself were all at the same place tonight. All of us being Wedding and Event Planners. We were at a Christmas Party put on by Dan Hathcock from Unforgettable Events. The party took place at an absolutely stunning home. I loved it!!! Melissa and I were in love with the porch. WOW!!! It had a whole cooking area and a grill (that men would have loved), fire place and tons of seating areas. There was so much that just got our imaginations going. For instance it was an open house that flowed and allowed us all to enjoy and move around. Dan thanks for having us come. Ladies we looked good. Thank you Caroline Johnson for taking the picture and sharing.
