Tell them about the Menu before they eat

It is more formal to tell your guests what they are going to eat before they eat. Their are several ways to do this.

• You can individual menu cards at each place seating.
• You can have one menu card at the table on a stand or in a frame.
• You can be totally whimsical and have it written on your dinner plates in edible ink. Cake makers use this when they are painting things on a cake. They also use air brushing. I am sure you have seen edible paper with edible images put on them.

Please know that you don't even have to have a menu written out but it is a nice touch.
