A'vie will come on board one month before your wedding
(Agreement may be signed earlier)

Initial consultation appointment within the first week of booking A’vie.
This meeting must occur during our business hours- Tuesday through Friday between 9am-5pm. You must provide us with copies of all
agreements made with other vendors before this meeting.

Final consultation appointment one week before your wedding to discuss and review details of your ceremony and reception plans. This meeting must occur during our business hours- Tuesday through Friday between 9am-5pm. Please bring any items you would like to have us set up.

Confirmation of final details with all vendors one week prior to your event

Creation of a custom timeline for your wedding day

Custom-designed wedding day itinerary sent to all booked vendors

Custom-designed wedding day itinerary for wedding party and family

We will ensure that all services are provided as agreed by your vendors

We will provide assistance as needed at both locations simultaneously

Up to 8 hours of combined coverage for your rehearsal and day of your event

At least two staff members present at your event
