Animals are having a growing impact on weddings in 2009. Brides are choosing to incorporate animal prints, furs and feathers, and even their beloved pets into the big day. Here are a few innovative ideas to help the modern bride encompass this recent trend:
Consider using feathers in your bouquet, centerpieces, or even wardrobe. For example, Carrie Bradshaw sported a feathery hair barrette at her wedding in the Sex and the City movie. Many brides are opting to use animal prints as accent fabrics for the reception. There is a vast array of prints to choose from that can match your style and color scheme.

Recently, one of our clients made donations to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in lieu of favors. This is a great way to acknowledge your love for animals without embracing them in your actual ceremony.
