It was a beautiful day out at BayLaurel in Micanopy. I was thrilled with each of the vendors who participated in making it so successful. We had a drop dead goregous tent with fabric covers, lighting, PowerPoint, bars, lounge seating, small tents for cocktail tables, entrance tents and more. Party Time Rentals went beyond what we asked for to make this one of the best! It was a pleasure to work with the owners, Jaclyn, Roxann, Adia, Ellen and Kristy.
Then we had music flowing from Gosia & Ali and Eric Redmond. They did opposite sets so each other could have breaks. We were so blessed to have both groups perform for us. It was such a neat site to have piano for sometime and then, guitar and flute. I wish you all could have been there.
I can't say, 'thank you' enough to Celebrations for their dedication to making all the wonderful food for us. We had mini burgers, sweet potatoes, fried grouper, fried mushrooms and some yummy sandwiches. They brought they great sangeria too. WOW!!! This is so good. You have to have this at your next event. If not you will be missing it even if you haven't tried it...
To top off the food we had sweet ends by Ms. Debbie Sugar Art and Posh Pastry. They made some homemade goodies and some fun pretzels. OMYGOSH!!! So didn't need to try all of that but they were sure good.
Certainly not least we have multiple florist bring flowers to sponsors tables. From Pranges, The Plant Shoppe, Unforgettable Events and Crevassee Regency. We had arrangements for cocktail tables, guest tables whether they were square or round, plus the food tables.
