Tents Types...

Tents come in all different types. You can have Structured Tents, Century Tents, Framed Tents and even Connecting canopies. All of which can be used but typically you stay with one type for your event. Then even with those types of tents you can have different ceilings. From clear to canvas plus you can always add fabric and lighting to add to the feeling of the tent. Remember that when you are doing a tent for your event that you need to have a separate tent for your caterer to prepare things so you don't see the mess. Also, consider an entrance tent too. It really adds that extra invitation to your guests.

With a clear tent it does draw in more heat so be careful if you are using it in the summer months because it will raise your temperature inside by 20 degrees. Either way you can have climate controlled temperature by adding heat or air depending on the needs. If you add either of these you MUST have walls. That comes into a concern.

On walls you can have detachable vinyl walls...they can be solid, clear, or with windows in them. You can have the windows that are rounded at the top or french door look a like. Sometimes you don't want walls but because of the weather you need to have them.

Let's take a turn and look at the dance floor. You have seen it all in the movies a lit up floor that has color under it. Of course, to really jazz it up you can have your monogram shown on it too. Other options you have for a dance floor are black and white or a parquet wood flooring. Because you are outside your rental company should ALWAYS do a subfloor to make sure it is level.
