Juliana, Benay, Angela, Jasmine, Jessica PJSo after working 14 hours at an event we even take time to laugh and recap the wedding to see how things could have been done a little bit differently. One thing that we at A`vie do before an event is to have a briefing meeting to help all staff know exactly the details of the wedding. Then after an event we do a debriefing to recap it and make sure we talk about some things we could adjust for the next event. It is terrific for all of us and our future clients.
